In order to promote fellowship and cooperative work for the ruling and teaching elders, we have set up a rotation through the church locations for the third Tuesday of the month on odd numbered months (Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sep, Nov). Meeting six times per year significantly increases our time together.

Nice post on meeting schedule. It is quite important to set meeting schedules carefully. We also have to attend two business seminars and dinner party at some domestic corporate events NYC venues so have postponed other meetings in advance so that we don’t have any issues later on.
